Role Description

The Retention Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase customer loyalty, lifetime value, and repeat purchase behavior. This role involves designing segmented retention campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and loyalty programs,



and continuously optimizing them based on performance data. The manager will analyze customer behavior, track key metrics, and use marketing analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with brand, product, and e-commerce teams, overseeing campaign calendars, managing projects and timelines, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also includes testing new retention initiatives, monitoring competitive trends, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications
- Robust expertise in customer retention, with experience designing and implementing lifecycle and loyalty initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Knowledge of market segmentation and audience profiling to build targeted, personalized retention campaigns.
