Job Title: E-Learning Developer

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise.
- Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content.
- Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles.
- Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format.
- Upload and manage courses on LMS.
- Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback.
- Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate – any one).
- Positive PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere – preferred).
- Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts.
- Good communication and time management.

Qualification
- Graduate in Multimedia / E-learning / Instructional Design / Education / Any related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
