About the Role

Medivant Healthcare is expanding its US clinic sales organization across Testosterone, peptides and other specialty pharmaceutical products. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our India-based sales team and help build a high-performing, consultative sales organization.

This is not a traditional call-center management role focused primarily on attendance, dialing volume or talk time. Our sales representatives work with highly qualified US clinic leads, and the managers responsibility is to help the team convert those opportunities into customers.

The successful candidate will lead both our inside-sales representatives and the Account Growth team supporting those customers. You will be responsible for improving sales conversations, coaching representatives, driving account progression, managing conversion performance and ensuring customers move successfully from initial engagement through onboarding and repeat ordering.

What You Will Do





You will lead and develop a team of inside-sales representatives selling to clinics across the United States. Each representative will own defined markets and work qualified accounts rather than randomly cold calling large databases.

You will coach representatives using actual customer conversations and help them improve their ability to reach decision makers, understand customer needs, handle objections and move accounts toward a buying decision.

Medivant is implementing call recording, transcription and AI-based analysis of sales conversations. You will use these tools to identify coaching opportunities, understand why customers are converting or being lost and improve the effectiveness of the team.

You will manage the teams use of Pipedrive and ensure that qualified accounts are actively worked, sales opportunities continue to progress and inactive accounts are addressed rather than allowed to sit indefinitely.
