Role: Regional Service Manager for PLUM

Role & responsibilities

Role Purpose -

To lead and manage end-to-end service operations for LED Lighting products within the assignedregion, ensuring high customer satisfaction, productive complaint resolution, cost optimization,
andstrong service partner performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete service lifecycle from complaint to closure ensuring SLA/TAT adherence
- Provide technical troubleshooting support and conduct root cause analysis
- Coordinate with Sales, Dealers, Customers, and Cross-functional teams
- Manage service partners, vendors, and regional service network
- Ensure availability and optimization of spare parts inventory
- Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalations
- Implement CRM-based processes and ensure SOP compliance
- Analyze service data and provide actionable insights
- Control service costs and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Lead and develop regional service team and technicians
