Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building, with a robust understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic for multiple client and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema)
- Handle technical SEO issues including:
- Site speed optimization
- Crawlability & indexing
- Core Web Vitals
- Mobile optimization
- Plan and execute content SEO strategies aligned with search intent
- Manage off-page SEO & link-building campaigns (white-hat only)
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers




- Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for SEO purposes)
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Ability to perform SEO audits and fix technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or local SEO
- Knowledge of E-E-A-T principles
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or agency environments
- Basic understanding of PPC & digital marketing funnels
