Role Description
The Management Trainee role is a full time, on-site position based in Agra. The trainee will support branch operations, including customer onboarding, documentation,



and coordination for various loan products such as commercial vehicle, two-wheeler, car, gold, and small business loans. Responsibilities include learning credit appraisal processes, assisting in risk assessment, and supporting collections and portfolio management under the guidance of senior team members. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing service that aligns with company policies and compliance standards. Management Trainees will participate in structured training programs, performance reviews, and rotational assignments to gain exposure to different functions and prepare for future leadership roles.
