About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience
in managing paid digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong practical expertise in
Google Ads and Meta Ads
, with a proven ability to drive leads, conversions, and revenue through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta Ads
.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan and execute Meta campaigns across
Facebook and Instagram
.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.




- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Identify current opportunities to scale campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical experience managing
Google Ads campaigns
independently.
- Strong practical experience managing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
independently.
- Good understanding of
lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
