We are a leading HVAC solutions company looking for an experienced and result-oriented HVAC Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage project profitability, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems along with proven expertise in sales, business development, financial planning, and project cost management.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, education, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants, architects, MEP consultants, PMC, contractors, developers, corporate clients, and government organizations.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.




- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close high-value HVAC projects.
- Develop key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Financial Planning & Project Cost Management
- Prepare project budgets and sales forecasts.
- Analyze project costing to ensure healthy profit margins.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions and competition.
- Monitor project financial performance from order booking to project completion.
- Coordinate with procurement and execution teams for cost optimization.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Ensure projects remain within approved budgets and profitability targets.
- Review project cash flow, payment milestones, billing schedules, and collections.
- Support management in annual budgeting, revenue forecasting, and business planning.
