Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Connect with potential clients via email, calls, and professional networking platforms
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Maintain and update lead database and sales pipeline
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlin
