- Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Estimation Engineer
with 2–5 years of experience in the Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, BOMs, and commercial quotations for LT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD, PLC Automation Panels, Synchronization Panels, and other customized control panels.

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of electrical systems, panel manufacturing processes, and costing methodologies while coordinating with the Sales, Design, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure competitive and profitable quotations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & Costing





· Prepare techno-commercial quotations based on customer enquiries, tender documents, and project specifications.

· Analyze electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, and technical specifications.

· Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for various electrical control panels.

· Estimate material, manufacturing, testing, assembly, and transportation costs.

· Calculate labour costs, overheads, margins, and project profitability.

· Compare vendor quotations and select cost-effective components.
- Technical Responsibilities

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

· Prepare technical compliance statements and deviation reports.

· Coordinate with the Design Department for technical clarification.

· Evaluate electrical components such as:

o MCCBs

o ACBs

o MCBs

o Contactors

o Relays

o PLC

o HMI

o VFD

o Soft Starters

o Busbars

o CT/PT

o Switchgear

· Ensure compliance with IE
