Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, managing housekeeping staff, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and allocate duties to staff
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared as per hotel standards
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status and guest requirements
- Coordinate with Maintenance for room defects and repair requirements
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory
- Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping attendants and support staff
- Maintain records of room inspections, lost & found, and daily housekeeping activities
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards

- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations

- Valuable guest service and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures
- Linen and inventory management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in hotel/resort housekeeping
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Senior Housekeeping Executive preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, villas, banquet properties, or premium hospitality establishments
- Knowledge of PMS/housekeeping software is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
