Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and manage Keka HRMS.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing and employee-related queries.
- Manage employee engagement activities and performance management.
- Support KRA/KPI implementation and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with management and different teams on HR-related matters.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager roles.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.




- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in an IT, Digital Marketing, or Service-based company is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,633.60 - ₹41,241.43 per month
