Forge India Connect Pvt. Ltd. is offering Medical Billing Training & Placement opportunities for candidates looking to build a career in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry.

Candidates will receive online training before joining, followed by interview and placement support for suitable Medical Billing / AR Caller opportunities based on hiring availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Work in Medical Billing / Healthcare RCM processes.
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) related activities.
- Communicate professionally with clients and healthcare-related stakeholders.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity as per organizational requirements.
- Learn and adapt to medical billing processes and tools.

Candidate Eligibility
- Any Degree / PU qualification.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Candidates with a 3-year gap after PU or Degree can also apply.
- Good communication skills are mandatory, particularly for AR Caller roles.




- Freshers and candidates looking to restart their careers may apply.
- Candidates should be quick learners and willing to work in rotational/night-shift timings.

Training & Placement Support
- Online training will be provided before the joining date.
- Training is designed to prepare candidates for Medical Billing / AR-related roles.
- Our team will coordinate the screening and interview process.
- Candidates will be scheduled for the initial screening call.
- Interview coordination and process support will be provided.
- Placement will be based on candidate eligibility and current hiring availability.

Work Schedule

Working Hours: 8 hours
Shift Window: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Take Home)

Salary and final role may vary depending on the hiring company, candidate profile, experience, and selection
