JOB ROLE – SEZ / STPI COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

LOCATION : HINJEWADI

SALARY : 18,000 + FOOD CARD

TIME : 10-6, MON-FRI

Job Summary

We are looking for a SEZ / STPI Compliance Executive to manage day-to-day compliance, documentation, portal activities, client coordination, and regulatory requirements related to SEZ, STPI, Import-Export and Customs.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day SEZ/STPI compliance and documentation.
- Manage SEZ Online and STPI portal activities and submissions.
- Prepare SERF, MPR, APR, QPR, SOFTEX and other applicable reports/filings.
- Assist with DTA procurement/sale, duty-free imports and FOC transactions.
- Prepare and maintain Import-Export documentation including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, invoices and packing lists.
- Coordinate with clients, SEZ/STPI authorities, Customs, CHA, freight forwarders and other stakeholders.
- Assist with ICEGATE, AD Code, DGFT, GST and Customs related requirements.
- Maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready compliance records.
- Support unit setup, amendments, approvals, renewals and exit procedures.




- Track pending documents, approvals and compliance activities and ensure timely follow-up.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEZ/STPI procedures and Import-Export documentation.
- Working knowledge of SEZ Online, STPI Portal, SOFTEX, ICEGATE, DGFT and GST is preferred.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Strong documentation, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with accuracy.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in SEZ/STPI, Customs, Logistics, Import-Export or Compliance.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and robust interest may also be considered.

- Timely and accurate compliance filings.
- Proper maintenance of records.
- Timely client and authority follow-ups.
- Minimum errors in regulatory submissions.
