Regional Risk and Compliance Manager - Asia Pacific

The Regional Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, deploying, supporting, and managing the Account Risk and Compliance Strategy, as well as managing overall risk to JLL and the client across the Asia Pacific regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
- Set, execute, and continuously improve Quality, Risk and Compliance Programs and Strategy across the Asia Pacific region
- Develop, implement, and manage the account's Quality,



Risk and Compliance platform and strategy
- Deliver education and understanding of the program to regional and country JLL teams
- Promote a positive, proactive culture of Quality, Risk and Compliance across the account

Compliance and Risk Management
- Drive overall Quality, Risk and Compliance performance across the Asia Pacific portfolio for all client services
- Manage JLL Client Assurance Program performance and execution
- Execute comprehensive quality risk compliance management and internal/client audit programs
- Monitor compliance to contract, statutory requirements, policies and procedures through risk assessments and sampling
- Manage Risk Register within the region, ensuring timely closure of action plans to mitigate risks to acceptable levels
- Conduct routine monitoring, assessment, and reporting of account compliance/risk health with trending analysis
