We are looking for a Follow-Up Executive with experience in the Wholesale Jewellery Field to manage regular follow-ups with customers, vendors, production teams, job workers, and internal departments. The candidate will be responsible for tracking orders, pending payments, production status, dispatches, deliveries, and other business activities to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with wholesale jewellery customers regarding orders, requirements, quotations, and pending confirmations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch, delivery, and pending requirements.
- Follow up with the production team for pending jewellery orders and production status.
- Coordinate with vendors and job workers for job work, repairs, alterations, and pending jewellery.
- Follow up for pending payments, outstanding balances, and payment commitments.
- Maintain daily records of all follow-ups and their outcomes.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely closure within the committed timeline.




- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely shipment of completed orders.
- Follow up with customers after dispatch regarding delivery confirmation.
- Escalate delayed orders, payment issues, customer complaints, and other critical matters to the concerned senior.
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor, order, and follow-up records in Excel/Google Sheets/ERP.
- Send regular reminders through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels.
- Prepare daily and weekly pending follow-up and status reports.
- Ensure that no key customer, vendor, payment, or order follow-up is missed.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
