Position: Manager / Assistant Manager - Business Development (Color Cosmetics) Location: Delhi Company: N V Organics Group

ABOUT US

25+ year old company specializing in sales and technical support of cosmetics ingredients. We offer technical assistance through our applications lab for tailor-made formulations and immediate solutions.

POSITION FOCUS

We need a Business Development Manager with color cosmetics experience.

Target Customers: Manufacturers of lipsticks, eyeshadows, nail paints, mascara, eyeliners (makeup products)

Products to Sell: Waxes, esters, silicones, pearl pigments, and specialized color cosmetics ingredients

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive recent business development with color cosmetics manufacturers across India
- Build relationships with makeup manufacturers and understand their formulation needs
- Achieve sales targets in the color cosmetics vertical
- Collaborate with our applications lab on color cosmetics formulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in color cosmetics




- Guide Business Development Executives in the team
- Represent the company at color cosmetics industry events

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- B.Tech (Cosmetics technology) OR B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in sales/marketing to color cosmetics manufacturers
- Understanding of color cosmetics formulations
- Knowledge of waxes, esters, silicones, pigments used in makeup products

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical discussions with formulators
- Proficiency in GSuite and General AI applications

COMPENSATION

CTC: ₹7-9 LPA (including variable)
