Role & responsibilities : Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls to generate and schedule high-quality leads for the Sales team.

Make approximately 250 outbound calls per day.

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

Schedule meetings or site visits for qualified prospects with the Sales team.

Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure continuous engagement and improve lead conversion.

Provide accurate information about Livspace's products and services while resolving basic customer queries.

Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility

Positive communication skills in English and regional language(s).

Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile : CTC: 13,500 per month

Take-home Salary: 12,100 per month

Work Timings

9:30 AM to 7:30 PM / 7:45 PM

Working Days

6 Days Working (Tuesday to Sunday)

Fixed Weekly Off: Monday
