Role & Responsibilities
- Manage assigned FMCG category and drive sales, margins & profitability.
- Handle assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory.
- Manage vendors, negotiations and new product onboarding.
- Analyse market trends, competitors and category performance.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations & Finance teams.
- Achieve category sales and business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing FMCG categories is mandatory.
- 5+ years of total relevant experience
- Experience in Category Management / Buying / Merchandising preferred.
- Experience in Staples, Packaged Foods, Dairy, Beverages, Personal Care or Home Care preferred.
- Robust vendor management, negotiation and analytical skills.
- E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Retail experience preferred.
