Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions using Demandware technology stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
- Troubleshoot issues related to product catalog management, promotions, pricing, order management, and customer experience.
- Ensure seamless integration of commerce cloud with other salesforce modules such as CRM and Service Cloud.
- Participate in agile development methodologies like Scrum to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
