Role & responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
- Configure email accounts in Outlook and mobile devices.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and AMC support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support CCTV, NVR, biometric devices (if applicable).
- Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk/Remote Desktop.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education - Any Graduate
- Experience - 6 months Internship
- Technical Skills - Must have valuable hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel. Requires a proactive approach and excellent verbal / written communication.
