We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can contribute to business growth by identifying new customers, generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales.

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, visiting project sites, developing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, presenting the company's products and services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field visits and should have valuable communication, negotiation,



follow-up, and relationship-management skills.

The role is suitable for an individual who is self-motivated, confident, target-oriented, and willing to work actively in the field to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & New Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, references, networking, market research, and other relevant sources.
- Identify potential customers, builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, dealers, and businesses that may require the company's products and services.
- Explore new markets and customer segments to increase business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Field Sales & Client Visits
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing customers.
