Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to handle inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into customers. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, providing suitable product information, following up on leads, and supporting the sales process until closure.

Key Responsibilities




- Handle inbound sales calls and customer enquiries received through phone, website, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements for glass partitions and related products/services.
- Explain products, designs, pricing, and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding quotations, measurements, site visits, and installation requirements.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable glass solutions.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Ensure timely follow-up with interested and pending leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
