Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various drafting software and possess a robust understanding of construction principles. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed drawings and schematics that support our engineering and design projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects from conception through to completion.

Duties

● Create detailed architectural drawings from sketches and specifications using CAD software.

● Analyse building specifications, codes, and sites for integration into drawing plans.

● Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure design goals and compliance.

● Conduct site visits to collect measurements and verify dimensions as needed.

● Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.

● Prepare and maintain records, charts, and 3D models for client and team presentations





● Incorporate building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards into all plans.

● Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultants regarding materials and project requirements.

Ensure timely delivery and management of multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

● Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or Civil Engineering.

● 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

● In-depth knowledge of site measurement techniques, building codes, and construction processes.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications accurately.

● Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
