Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, Whatsapp and in-person interactions .
- Explain course structure, fees, schedules, batch details and learning outcomes.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in education, language institutes or coaching centres will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, excel, whatsapp and other digital tools.
- Ability to handle student information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
