Job Overview

We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Sales Executive / Manager – Safety Technologies to drive business growth across key industrial and enterprise hubs. In this role, you will sell advanced safety technologies—such as AI-powered CCTV surveillance, smart cameras, access control systems, IoT environmental sensors, and safety analytics software—directly to enterprise clients as well as through system integrators and distributor networks.

The ideal candidate will combine technical solution selling expertise with a solid understanding of industrial safety compliance and worker safety management.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for safety tech solutions across target verticals (Manufacturing plants, Electronics facilities, Pharma hubs, Warehouses, and Commercial enterprises).
- Identify customer pain points related to site security, worker hazard monitoring,



and safety compliance to pitch tailored technology solutions.
- Conduct live product demos, proof-of-concept (PoC) setups, and present technical sales proposals to C-suite executives, EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) heads, IT/Security directors, and plant managers.
- Identify, onboard, and build strategic partnerships with regional distributors, security system integrators, and channel partners.
- Enable channel partners through regular product briefings, joint client visits, and technical sales training to maximize regional reach.
- Manage pipeline visibility, deal registration, and sales forecasts across the distributor ecosystem.
- Facilitate solution workshops and safety technology briefings for client EHS teams, plant engineers, and security personnel.
- Conduct initial site walk-throughs to evaluate camera positioning, coverage zones, and network infrastructure requirements for safety monitoring systems.
