Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage procure-to-pay processes, including source-to-pay, purchase order creation, invoice processing, and payment execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Analyze financial data to optimize spend management across multiple departments within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management using SAP Ariba or similar systems.
- Robust understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle from source-to-settlement.
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.
