Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Safety Officer role based in Ayodhya. The Safety Officer will monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards across the facility and project sites. Responsibilities include conducting routine safety inspections, identifying hazards, advising on corrective actions, and maintaining safety documentation and records. The role involves leading safety briefings, organizing safety training sessions, and collaborating with project and operations teams to embed safe work practices.



The Safety Officer will also coordinate incident and accident investigations, support occupational health initiatives, and assist in implementing safety policies and emergency response plans.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Occupational Health practices, with the ability to apply them in industrial and project environments.
- Experience in Accident Investigation and incident reporting, including root-cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
- Familiarity with Security procedures and risk controls in operational facilities and project sites.
- Skills in Safety Training, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for diverse teams.
- Relevant professional certification or diploma in occupational health and safety, environmental safety, or a related field.
- Understanding of water and environmental infrastructure
