- Robust subject knowledge and teaching skills in Chemistry.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Experience in activity-based and student-centred teaching methods.
- Ability to effectively integrate technology into classroom teaching.
- Ability to conduct practical and laboratory-based learning activities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for inspiring students and developing scientific thinking through concept-based and practical learning.
