Furry Delights Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized ERP & Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day ERP entries, stock records, customer and vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain purchase and sales transactions in the ERP system.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Follow up with vendors and customers regarding payments and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with customers and support the team in sales follow-ups and order-related communication.

Regularly update business records, expenses, and other information in the ERP/system.

Maintain and update manual ledgers and registers. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of back-office documentation and records.

Assist in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the back office.





Ensure that all entries and records are accurate and up to date.

Candidate Profile

Good knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Excel.

Comfortable working with ERP/accounting software.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Basic understanding of sales, purchase, stock, and payment records.

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in company records.

Freshers with the right attitude and basic computer knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
