MEPF Engineer Briqmort | Full time | High-Rise Commercial Building

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on MEPF Engineer to take full ownership of end-to-end site execution, coordination, testing & commissioning, statutory approvals, and handover for a high-rise commercial project.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle MEPF site execution, contractor teams, schedules, and QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate GFC/shop drawings and resolve service clashes with Civil, Structural, and Architectural teams using AutoCAD/Revit/Navisworks.
- Manage installation for HT/LT electrical, HVAC (chillers/ducting), plumbing, fire & life safety, and ELV/BMS systems.
- Lead Testing & Commissioning (T&C;)



and secure statutory clearances (Fire NOC, Electrical Inspectorate).

Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant MEPF discipline.
- Experience: 5–7 years of total experience with at least 5 years in high-rise commercial execution.
- Key Skills: Strong hands-on site execution background, contractor management, NBC 2016 code compliance, and BIM coordination.
- *(Preference will be given to candidates with GIFT City project experience and direct site-execution leadership)*
