We are looking for a high-energy, curious and visual thinker Experience Analyst who can spot shift in consumer behaviour, competition and technology and turn it into sharp insights and compelling executive stories.

He/She will spend time in the market, on apps and devices, talking to consumers, sales teams and promoters, benchmarking competition, connecting dots and building high-impact presentations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable exploring the market and creating impactful presentations.

Role & responsibilities

Developed enterprise dashboards and complex workflow experiences that improved decision-making efficiency by through intuitive information architecture and data visualization.

Conducted user research, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to inform design decisions,



in user satisfaction and/or process efficiency.

Monitor technology trends and benchmark competitor products, applications, and features to understand what works, what doesn't and why.

Analyze market data, competitive movements and have deep understanding of consumer sentiment across product categories.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Design, Consumer/Market Insights, Product, Strategy, Marketing, UX or related roles.
- Exposure to smartphones, consumer electronics, digital products, apps, AI or technology is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience with design/prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools is a plus.
