About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager to lead our end-to-end tendering and bidding process, including robust hands-on expertise with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with government and private clients to maximize the company's success rate in securing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Search, track, and shortlist relevant tenders from GeM Portal, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and other government/private tendering platforms.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of GeM bids — registration, catalog listing, bid participation, RA (Reverse Auction), and order fulfillment tracking.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, technical bids,



and financial bids within stipulated deadlines.
- Ensure all bid submissions comply with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, production/procurement) to gather required documentation (EMD, bank guarantees, certifications, etc.).
- Maintain and update company profiles, product/service catalogs, and documentation on GeM and other portals.
- Analyze tender specifications (BOQ/scope of work) and coordinate pricing strategy with management.
- Track tender status, results, and maintain a database of ongoing, won, and lost tenders.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, and procurement officers.
- Stay updated on GeM policy changes, GFR rules, and government procurement guidelines.
- Handle post-award formalities including contract agreements, PBG submission, and order execution follow-up.
