Key Responsibilities

Team Building

* Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Executives.

* Build and manage the sales team using a company-provided hiring budget.

* Create a performance-driven and client-centric sales culture.

Lead Generation

* Develop and execute effective lead-generation strategies.

* Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and team-led initiatives.

* Identify and convert new business opportunities.

Client Acquisition





* Drive market penetration and acquire Retail, HNI, Corporate, and Institutional clients.

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

* Promote and distribute Bonds, NCDs, and Government Securities.

Product & Client Advisory

* Educate clients on fixed-income products, including their safety, yields, and investment benefits.

* Understand client requirements and present suitable fixed-income investment opportunities.

Performance Management

* Take ownership of regional business performance with a strong focus on:

* Net Revenue Generated

* Active Client Growth

* Team productivity and revenue contribution

Who We Are Looking For

Experience:

5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or related financial products, with demonstrated experience in managing or building a sales team.
