As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a result-oriented and detail-driven OTA Expert to oversee digital distribution, manage OTA performance, and strengthen corporate booking channels across all Stay Blessed hospitality units.

Role Overview

The OTA Expert will be responsible for optimizing the organization’s online travel distribution, managing channel performance, and developing sustainable corporate partnerships. The position demands solid analytical capabilities, business acumen, and an ability to drive revenue through both OTA platforms and B2B client engagement.





Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Yatra, Airbnb, and others.
- Implement and maintain dynamic pricing, inventory management, and promotional strategies to maximize visibility and revenue.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and conversion ratios to ensure consistent growth.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Operations teams for accurate data synchronization and seamless reservation processing.
- Identify and onboard corporate clients, HR/admin departments, and travel partners to establish long-term business relationships.
