PA Cum Admin Executive

Job Overview -:

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized PA Cum Admin Executive who can manage day-to-day office administration along with the personal and routine requirements of the Director and family.

The ideal candidate should be someone who takes ownership of the work, understands what needs to be done, and manages things independently without waiting for instructions for every small task.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall housekeeping and cleanliness of the office and ensure everything is properly maintained.
- Handle courier and parcel management for both office requirements and personal requirements of Ma’am/Sir.
- Manage stationery and first-aid items, including checking stock and arranging items whenever required.
- Take care of office plants and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the cook for daily lunch and dinner menus for the management, keeping their health and diet plans in mind.
- Manage and coordinate office festivals, celebrations, and events as required.




- Be adaptable to work at the office as well as at the Director’s residence, depending on the requirement.
- Assist with the Director’s daughter and pet/dog-related requirements whenever needed.
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and routine activities.
- Take care of Director Ma’am’s personal work and day-to-day requirements, including shopping, personal purchases, clothing-related work, stitching and alteration follow-ups, and other pending personal tasks.
- Keep track of Ma’am’s personal and household-related pending work and ensure proper follow-up and completion.
- Coordinate with shops, tailors, vendors, service providers, and other people whenever required for personal or office-related work.
