The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a passion for leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce professionals. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions, guiding a team of developers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring they deliver quality solutions in a timely manner.
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to address business needs and requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications,

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, mentoring junior developers and ensuring continuous learning and growth.
