Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 12 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have positive working knowledge of Tally and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and regularly reconcile accounts.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and other accounting-related activities.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain Excel-based records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
