We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and policy implementation. This role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end HR practices and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various job portals and recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the recruitment team in executing hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Act as a support point for employee queries and HR-related coordination.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.




- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Assist in tracking employee performance review processes.
- Support managers in documentation related to appraisals and feedback.
- Ensure proper filing and management of HR documents and employee data.

Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools will be an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn, multitask, and work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
