Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Designer to create engaging, professional, and brand-consistent content for Mobius Bloom and Whalexy across social media and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Design creatives for campaigns, product launches, events, offers, ads, and announcements.
- Turn marketing ideas and product information into clear, engaging visual content.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and basic motion graphics.
- Design banners, presentations, email visuals, and other digital marketing assets.
- Maintain consistent branding, layouts, typography, colours, and visual style across both brands.
- Adapt designs for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Work with marketing, sales,
product, and management teams and deliver creatives within timelines.
- Maintain organised design files, templates, and reusable brand assets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, social media design, or digital creative roles.
- Strong portfolio covering social media, carousels, campaigns, branding, and/or video content.
- Robust understanding of typography, colour, composition, spacing, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma.
- Working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media formats, trends, and marketing-focused design.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and ability to work with feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
