Role: Senior Manager- Business Development- Animal Nutrition & Feed Solutions

Role & responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales

Develop and execute business growth strategies across Animal Nutrition segments.

Drive revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.

Build and manage relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers.

Identify and commercialize new business opportunities across India and selected international markets.

Product Portfolio Management

Manage and drive growth of:

Feed Ingredients

Amino Acids

Vitamins

Enzymes

Organic Acids

Prebiotics, Probiotics & Postbiotics

Feed Premixes and Specialty Formulations

Compound Feed Solutions

Customer & Market Development

Establish strong engagement with feed manufacturers, integrators, dairy cooperatives, aquaculture companies, and livestock producers.

Lead customer trials, technical presentations, and value-selling initiatives.





Gather market intelligence and identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Third Party Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Support product development, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.

Lead forecasting, demand planning, and business performance reviews.

Essential Attributes:

Robust understanding of Animal Nutrition and Feed Industry Dynamics.

Knowledge of Poultry, Dairy, Aqua, and Livestock Nutrition.

Familiarity with Feed Ingredients, including Amino Acids, Vitamins, Enzymes, Organic Acids, Minerals, Feed Fats, and Specialty Additives.

Understanding of Feed Formulation Concepts, Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Digestive Health, Gut Health, and Performance Enhancement.

Knowledge of Probiotics, Prebiotics, Postbiotics, Synbiotics, Fermentation-derived Ingredients, and Functional Feed Solutions.
