- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of junior and senior education counsellors to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily huddles, review call recordings, track key performance metrics (talk time, conversion ratios, follow-up cycles), and provide actionable feedback.
- Lead Allocation & Pipeline Optimization: Efficiently distribute inbound/outbound leads, monitor stage-wise movement in the CRM, and minimize lead leakage or drop-offs.
- Escalations & High-Value Closures: Step in to resolve complex student/parent objections and directly handle VIP or stalled high-intent leads to close admissions.
- Training & Development: Onboard new hires, deliver regular training on pitching techniques, objection handling, and product/course knowledge.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management; propose strategies to improve conversion funnels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
