About the Role

We are looking for a fast, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor with 6 to 12 months of professional or solid freelance experience. You will be responsible for taking raw footage and turning it into highly engaging, high-retention video content. You don't need 5 years of experience, but you must have a strong sense of pacing, sound design, and hook editing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

What You Will Do
- Edit [Short-form content like Reels/Shorts/TikToks OR Long-form YouTube videos/Corporate films].
- Craft engaging hooks, smooth transitions, and clean cuts to maximize viewer retention.
- Add text animations, subtitles, color grading, and sound effects (SFX) to elevate the video quality.
- Collaborate closely on content ideas and maintain a quick, reliable turnaround time.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of actual video editing experience (agency, startup, or active freelance history).




- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve (Basic CapCut/phone editing skills alone will not qualify).
- Skills: Solid understanding of visual storytelling, audio leveling, and current social media editing trends.
- Portfolio: A live portfolio or showreel showcasing your best cuts is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Greater Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
