This is a crucial hiring role for Opalz. We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply managing social media accounts — someone who understands content, strategy, performance marketing, audience behavior, and brand growth.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Opalz's Clients social media strategy across relevant platforms. You will combine creative content thinking with performance marketing insights to grow our audience, strengthen brand positioning, generate engagement, and contribute to business growth.

You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept → content → publishing → paid promotion → performance analysis → optimization.





Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Opalz's Clients brand objectives.
- Build monthly and quarterly content strategies and calendars.
- Identify relevant trends, content opportunities, and platform-specific growth strategies.
- Define content pillars, audience segments, messaging, and brand voice.
- Continuously experiment with new formats and approaches to improve reach and engagement.

Content Creation & Writing
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, hooks, scripts, ad copy, and campaign content hands-on.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, posts, carousels, stories, campaigns, and other social formats.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and other creative partners.
- Ensure every piece of content is aligned with Opalz's Clients identity and communication style.
