Job Summary

Kibo Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer – ELV / IBMS to support the Sales and Business Development teams with technical solutions, proposals, BOQs, tender documentation and customer presentations.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of ELV / IBMS solutions, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, PAS, Networking and Security Systems.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, studying tender specifications, designing suitable technical solutions, preparing BOQs and technical proposals, coordinating with OEMs and supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable ELV / IBMS technical solutions.




- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand project requirements.
- Prepare technical solutions, system architecture and solution proposals.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers, consultants, system integrators and end users.
- Provide technical support during customer meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical presentations and solution documents for customer discussions.
- Support the sales team from Lead → Requirement Analysis → Solution Design → Proposal → Technical Discussion → Order Closure.

2. ELV / IBMS Solution Design

Develop and propose solutions for:
- CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Integrated Building Management System (IBMS)
- Public Address System (PAS)
- Networking & Structured Cabling
- Security & Surveillance Systems
- Video Door Phone / I
