Role - Lead for Automated Test Equipment

Experience: 4–8 years, Experience in ATE systems, 2-4 yrs.

Education: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in ECE/EEE or equivalent
- Role: ATE Hardware Electronics & Embedded System Design Lead Engineer. Job scope will be to lead the team to develop an automated test equipment hardware, board-level electronics design, embedded firmware, overall instrumentation architecture.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of ATE hardware, daughter cards, backplane design and instrument interface boards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust understanding of Analog & digital electronics, Instrumentation systems, Embedded systems, Automated testing methodologies
- Schematic capture (Altium/KiCAD), multi-layer PCB design, power management. Perform schematic capture, PCB layout supervision, and signal integrity analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python, NI LabVIEW, MATLAB / Simulink
- Experience in circuit simulation tools such as SPICE
- Knowledge of communication interfaces/protocols like UART / Serial,



USB, Ethernet / TCP-IP, SPI, I2C, CAN, Bluetooth
- Experience with PCI / PXI / LXI / GPIB systems, System integration and debugging, Verification & validation activities
- Sensors and RF instrumentation expertise is desirable.
- Experience in ARM Cortex, 32-bit MCUs, communication protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, UART, MODBUS).
- Experience in Testing & Debugging using measuring instruments like Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and automated test instrumentation setup.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with aerospace/defence quality and reliability practices is an advantage.
