Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and skilled Commis III – Butchery to join our culinary team at a leading 5-star business-class hotel in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a reputed hotel, , or hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities

·Break down whole carcasses into primal and retail cuts
- Debone, trim, grind, and dice meat
- Tie roasts and prepare specialty items like sausages
- Inspect meat quality and freshness upon delivery Indeed +3

Store Operations and Display
- Weigh, wrap, label, and price products
- Arrange neat and attractive counter displays
- Rotate stock to reduce food waste
- Track inventory levels and order supplies Indeed +3

Safety and Sanitation
- Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas
- Sharpen knives and adjust saws or grinders
- Maintain proper refrigeration and storage temperatures
- Follow health and food safety regulations Indeed +1

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
