Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end facility management operations for multiple client accounts across Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, client management, operational excellence, and team management skills, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility management operations across multiple client locations.
- Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual commitments.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise site managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular reviews and proactive issue resolution.
- Ensure statutory, legal, safety, and compliance requirements are met across all sites.
- Monitor operational performance, prepare MIS reports, and present business updates to clients and senior management.
- Drive cost optimization, resource planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency initiatives.




- Coordinate with support functions including HR, Procurement, Finance, and Maintenance for smooth service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle escalations, crisis management, and emergency response effectively.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, technical services, security, and soft services.

Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Facility Management operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of facility management processes, compliance, and service delivery.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MIS reporting.
