Responsibilities:-
- Daily Stock reports to Sales Team
- Physically Stock weekly report
- Batchwise Physically Stock verification at Depot (2-3 time in a Month)
- Hourly Bank Statement (All Depots)
- Advance payment update in SAP
- Cheque maintenance/monitoring at Depot
- Monitoring/Managing Rajkot operations
- Travelling to nearest locations for physical stock verification (Rajkot)
- Expiry, Damage & Short Stock transferred to Block Stock
- Stock Aging weekly Report
- Credit Note preparation against stock return receipt
- Billing & Dispatch Tracker
- Debtors Ledger Statement (Monthly & Credit Balance Data (weekly)
