Technical Skills:

• Strong 9+ years of IT experience with application lifecycle management

• Minimum 4 yrs of experience in SaS Platform / Azure infrastructure management

• Experience of working in Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Lakehouse, Pipelines, Semantic Models) and medallion architecture

• Proven Experience in Designing scalable, resilient, and secure frameworks for orchestration, Data Validation

• Hands on experience in Python, Spark SQL / PySpark, strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling

• Hands-on experience in Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks, job orchestration

• Hands on experience working on ADLS gen2, delta parquet, ADF or Azure Synapse Analytics

• Experience in Server / Application Performance Tuning and Optimization, and in depth understanding of server infrastructure and lifecycle management

People Skills:

• Proven experience in people management and Operational Leadership

• Strong organizational and process implementation abilities

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills





• Capable of managing multiple initiatives and leading by example

• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

• Foster an open, creative, and collaborative team workplace

Secondary Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and ITIL processes

• Strong background in application system management

• Experience supporting BI applications at L2 and L3 levels

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills; business requirements comprehension

• Data collation and root cause analysis experience
- Firsthand experience working with Platform modernization and migration to cloud-native architecture
- Understanding and experience in working for AI use case for BI, data agents, data enrichment and AI lead automation and similar experience.
